Default Vermin farming in HM build, please ^^

I've tried a lot of things and so far failed in reliably farming vermin in HM.
I have characters of every class except paragon and sin, all with access to Vermin, so feel free to throw any build out there.
The VwK build posted some time ago in these boards relies on 4 vermin not managing to kill you through Bonetti's Defense, and that's not my definition of "reliable". I'll try anything, I'm out of ideas!

Using W/Rt is safest and best way to go. But it takes along time to kill them all as you have to take out 1 group at a time. Rt/W is also good to use, bit faster than W/Rt.

Bonetti's is only meant to use when you need energy the most. Usually not needed that much. when VwK is down, make sure you save watch yourself just before vwk wears off. Then just use healing signet and rit heals to keep you alive until VwK is ready to go. Personally dont like vermin farming myself, takes way too long.

I doubt there are many good builds that leave out SV/AV. Never mind the damage-prevention aspects of those; the real issue is now self-heals.

I have one idea I guess I could try before I give up, but I'm not terribly optimistic.

I have a W/E build that is pretty reliable. Tricky to get the hang of at the start and relies on one hero. Can farm lots of other melee stuff in HM such as jade brotherhod. I can also get it to work on a level30 xuekao but thats a real tricky one.
You can pratically agro everyothing around the boss.

W/rt works fine, I've done many successful runs with it. Reslient weapon and doylaks keeps you alvie while Vwk is down, fairly easy and simple.

I've tried N/Mo Spoil Victor/55 Spirit Bond, but I can't get enough damage because, it seems like I always face a 5 man group the first time too so they're always using remove hex 24/7 and their heals are much better.

as far as i can remember vermin do not use remove hex, so i suppose you take the wrong way to get to them.

i guess the 5 man group you are talking about are the jade brotherhood mesmers, rits and knights.

you don't have to fight them.

How can you survive agains knockdowns. They are making me crazy. Usually I only can kill first 2-3 groups of vermins after that lucky busts me and vermins knowck me down when me casting VwK

Dont forget they have halve skill recharge in hm so its actually 10 seconds...

Ranger/Mesmer Echo trapper works well for HM vermin, its not the fastest run though.
